As part of a high-level scientific contribution, a specialized lecture titled
“Pelvic Floor Exercise: Underactive & Overactive Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation”
was delivered during the EIAUG Conference, the second congress of the Egyptian International Association of Aesthetic Gynecology and Urogenital Health.
The conference was held over two days in Cairo and attracted an audience of more than
700 physicians, including leading experts in obstetrics, gynecology, urogynecology, and aesthetic gynecology from Egypt and the Middle East.
The lecture addressed evidence-based approaches to pelvic floor rehabilitation for both underactive and overactive pelvic floor conditions, highlighting diagnostic strategies, individualized exercise protocols, and functional rehabilitation pathways.
